Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Customers may cancel their hosting service within 1 day of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations after the 1-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through our client area tickets sections or by contacting our support team at mail@harihost.in or by any mean of contact to us listed at our Contact Us page.
Termination By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to violations of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to abusive behavior, illegal activities, or resource misuse. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within 1 day of purchase.
The refund covers hosting fees only. Taxes, domain registration fees, SSL certificates, and add-ons are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
